HR to Go Seminar ? Managing your Workers? Comp Claims and Basic OSHA Compliance

The goal of this seminar is to inform individuals about what to do should an injury or illness occur on the job and certain training and safety procedures.  We will help to decipher when employees are eligible for workers’ compensation benefits and explain what you should and shouldn’t do if an employee gets injured in your facility.  You will learn about: what qualifies as a workers’ compensation injury; what you should do if a worker is injured; how to reduce the risk of litigation; and how to help injured workers get back to work.  Additionally, the seminar will speak about OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and how to properly assess different safety and training requirements.
