About Us
Sierra College's LIFE Program (Learning Independence for Future Employment) is a two-year day program that helps young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence and job skills through classroom curriculum combined with hands-on community worksite experience, building toward paid internships with local employers.
We are actively connecting with businesses and organizations across Sacramento counties who are open to hosting a worksite visit or exploring a partnership with our program.
