Howlin on the Parkway

Bring your pups, family, and friends for a morning of tail-wagging fun at Howlin’ on the Parkway! This Halloween-themed dog walk and community festival celebrates our furry companions while supporting the Pups in the Park Program, which provides 60,000 dog waste bags across the American River Parkway each year.
